Antenna site maps for Belgium

Belgian telecom regulator BIPT/IBPT has created an online antenna map application showing locations of GSM and WCDMA (UMTS) antennas in Belgium. Operational base station sites are included, but also sites under construction (building permit already approved or not). Unfortunately a lot more information could be presented. I would like to see operator, azimuth, height, antenna opening angles, tilt etc. indicated. I imagine BIPT/IBPT should have that information available in their database. Could help you to figure out which operator has the best coverage where you live or work.
The map application is built on Intergraph’s GeoMedia Webmap and looks and performs pretty awful. The applet runs incredibly slow and the resolution of the (raster) maps is horrible. I wish BIPT/IBPT would have given simple access to their geospatial data (e.g. plain text API) and let people build their own nice interface on top (e.g. based on Yahoo! or Google map APIs).
